He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson involved with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Known for his hands-on management style, Ryan integrates technology into building systems to enhance operational efficiency and identify value-added opportunities through cost savings. His work has contributed to the revitalization of downtown Wichita and the continued commercial growth in Derby, Kansas. Ryan’s passion for cultivating strong relationships with vendors, developers, property owners, and city officials has led to long-term partnerships and high client retention. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fishing and boating with his wife and two children.
