Jason is a licensed commercial real estate agent with InSite Real Estate Group. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Jason served as the Executive Vice President at Downtown Wichita, where he played a pivotal role in leading revitalization efforts in the heart of Wichita for thirteen years. During this time, Jason worked to facilitate development, business expansion and attraction to the region, and forged strong partnerships with government officials and real estate professionals. His efforts significantly contributed to the growth and transformation of Wichita’s downtown and region.
With a unique background that blends landscape architecture, urban design, commercial construction, and economic development, Jason brings a distinct advantage to his real estate clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Friends University and a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University. His colleagues and clients often describe him as a person of integrity, compassion, and inspiration—values that guide his professional and personal life.
Jason is deeply committed to his community and serves on several boards and committees, including the MAC Board of Directors (Multi-agency Campus for Homeless Services), the South Central KS Psychiatric Hospital Advisory Board, the Downtown Wichita Parking Plan Technical Advisory Committee, and Exploration Place’s Destination Playscape Steering Committee, among others.
In his personal life, Jason is married to Angie and is the proud father of three boys and a Yorkie-Poo named Gracie. He is actively involved in his children’s sports and activities (Go Cheney Cardinals!) and enjoys cheering on the K-State Wildcats, cruising in his Jeep CJ, and helping on the family farm.
